Once the master is created, use VDP Resources to view FreeForm master thumbnails and manage the master files on
the Fiery Server.

Connect to the desired Fiery Server and click Device Center > Resources > VDP Resources.

To view FreeForm masters, click FreeForm, select a FreeForm master, and then click List View or Thumbnail
View from the View menu (if your Fiery Server supports it).

To delete FreeForm masters, click FreeForm, select a FreeForm language or master file, and then click Delete.

To update current information, click Refresh (if your Fiery Server supports it).
Back up VDP resources
You can back up FreeForm masters and global resources.
Back up FreeForm masters for a project
Using Device Center’s VDP Resources feature, you can back up a FreeForm master in a separate file.

Connect to the desired Fiery print controller and click Device Center > Resources > VDP Resources.

Click FreeForm, select a FreeForm language, and then select a FreeForm master.

Click Backup.

Specify the location in which to save the file, and then click OK.
Back up global resources for a project
Using Device Center’s VDP Resources feature, you can back up projects in a separate file.
Backup and restore are not available for PDF/VT jobs.

Connect to the desired Fiery print controller and click Device Center > Resources > VDP Resources.

Click a VDP folder to display the list of available projects.

Select the project that you want to archive and click Backup.

Specify the location in which to save the file, and then click OK.
Restore VDP resources
You can restore FreeForm masters and archived global resources.

If you have backed up a FreeForm master in a separate file, you can restore it.
